Breaking news: I have graduated to second trimester.
And for that, the husband and I are leaving for a short getaway to my lovely hometown- Kota Kinabalu!I’m definitely looking forward to go back and stuff myself with all the delicacies KK can offer. I’ve suffered terrible nausea during the first trimester and lost so much weight. In total I have lost almost 5kgs within a month! Here’s a tip for anyone who wants to lose weight: eat heavy breakfast, eat moderate lunch, skip dinner and no snacks in between except for some fruits. Don’t forget to chug down your water too.
