This recipe was tried after I ate the corned beef spaghetti at Delicious (I knew I had to make them myself). If you like corned beef as much as I do, try this out. It’s easy and quick. The recipe below is for two.
5 pieces of curry leaves
2 tomatoes (sliced into four)
Corned beef (I used the brand Libby’s)
Spaghetti strands (as much as you like)
1 tablespoon of oil
1. Boil the spaghetti strands for 2-3 minutes or until it done. Put aside.
2. In a pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic. Add in the curry leaves and corned beef.
3. Dump in the cooked spaghetti and tomatoes.
4. That’s it, ready to serve and eat!
