In search of the best face cleanser

Before I got pregnant, I was using Neutrogena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser daily and St Ives Apricot Scrub twice a week. They worked well with my oily skin! I didn’t have any problems until recently, using them made my face absolutely dry and itchy  (probably because of the hormonal changes). I instantly remembered this face wash brand my dermatologist prescribed me with back when I had acne problems in high school.

Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser

(Cetaphil, you’re my new love)

This cleanser worked like a charm! It made my skin soft and did not cause any breakouts. It is also mild so it won’t make your skin dry. If you’re looking for a simple face cleanser, this is it. It also doesn’t contain any fragrance that could irritate your skin. I am not a fan of face cleansers with overpowering smell.

Always remember to pair this up with the habit of drinking water (how much should you drink per day?), I have a 2L bottle in the office so I make sure I finish it by the time I leave in the evening.

I’m dying to start baking again but this superpower sense of smell that comes with the nausea is making me feel sick to the stomach
