Quick and easy tuna onion sandwich recipe

I absolutely love tuna and onion sandwich! My husband and I like our tuna sandwich without mayonnaise. I make it for weekend breakfast and sometimes for my husband’s daily weekday breakfast. They’re delicious, quick and easy to make. You can also put it in the fridge and take it out when you feel like making them. Tastes good with freshly toasted bread and lettuce (with some tomatoes too if you like!)

The recipe also calls for lemon. I personally like tuna with lemon because it neutralises the overpowering tuna smell. Be careful to not put too much though or else your tuna will taste sour  You may omit the fresh parsley if you don’t like the taste. I usually add the parsley in for variety in taste.
